The Pleasant Lake Opentational traces its beginnings to 2007 and a bachelor party that included a family round of golf. Over the years, the tournament has evolved into the premier social, and athletic, event in the south-central region of the Adirondack Mountains. Annually attracting many of the top performers from throughout the northeast, the Opentational celebrates the bonds of family and friendship combined with a spirited competition as entrants vie for one of our three prestigious championships.
Highlighted by the Opentational Tournament Championship, which is hosted annually at the famed Nick Stoners Municipal Golf Course, the event also includes the Opentational Pairs Tournament, which was instituted in 2010, and has been held several of the top courses in the region.
The famed Molson Cup is awarded to the golfer who consumes the most beer over the course of the 36 holes at both venues.
